ONLINE THERAPY
What does the psychological therapy process consist of?

Initial evaluation:
The evaluation process lasts about 4-5 sessions and aims to gather information about the context of the person and the problem that brings him/her to therapy. At the end of this process, work objectives and a treatment plan adapted to the person will be established.

Intervention:
In this phase, we will work on the proposed objectives through exercises, readings, visual materials and techniques based on scientific evidence.
The frequency between sessions is variable, although it is recommended that at the beginning it be weekly.

Follow-up:
Once we reach the objectives set, we will space out the sessions and promote your autonomy in order to reinforce what you have learned and prevent relapses.
