Does online therapy have the same effect as face-to-face therapy?

Sometimes it is even more useful, as we are always in contact and you can follow your treatment from your comfort zone.

How are my online therapy sessions conducted?

We will conduct our meetings through Google Meet. I will guide you through the whole process so you can enjoy a unique and comforting experience from home.

How often are the sessions held?

The minimum recommended is once a week. It all depends on your situation and the type of problems you are facing. We will discuss it in our first free session.

Can I change the date of a session?

Of course. You must give at least 24 hours notice.

Can I contact my psychologist out of session?

Of course you can! You have direct contact with me via WhatsApp. As soon as I have a moment, I will answer your messages.

How to pay for the sessions?

After the first free session and after scheduling your first appointment, you will be able to pay by bank transfer.
